Alain began his culinary journey more than 30 years ago in Québec City. After graduating from Ecole Wilbrod Bherer Chef School, he honed his skills at various prestigious establishments in Montreal and Toronto before eventually opening his own restaurant with his wife and business partner, Tricia Keyes.
The couple spent the next 20 years serving world-class cuisine to an
international clientele from their location inside Strewn Winery in
Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. Ready for a change after two busy, wonderful decades, they made the decision to downsize and look for a new adventure on the spectacular coast of British Columbia.
Not wanting to give up the life of food service and hospitality,
the couple decided that catering would be their next adventure.
And, with that, Oui Cook was born!
Operating since 2016 from their location in Pender Harbour, Oui Cook
provides services for a diverse variety events from Gibsons to Egmont.
